There are six layouts to choose from. Select the apartment floorplan that suits you best. If you can't see your desired layout or furnished option, then please speak to the Sales team who will be able to assist you.

Easy booking, easy moving

Once you’ve chosen the apartment style that works for you, you’ve already done the hardest part. To book, we ask for a holding fee of $42 per person and $500 towards your security deposit to reserve your apartment while we process your paperwork. Once you’re ready to move in, you’ll pay a security deposit which is refunded to you when you leave. On move-in day, our team is on hand to help with the details. Find more info in our FAQ's
