We design, build and manage all of our properties ourselves so we know everything about them inside and out. The price you see is the price you pay with no hidden fees and all of our units come furnished to an exceptional standard.
We have secure underground parking. Studios & 1 Beds will be allocated 1 space per unit and Two Beds 2 spaces per units. All parking is subject to availability.
Access to the amenity spaces are included as part of your lease. To help you feel your best, take a dip in the rooftop sky pool, open for you to workout or chill out, as well as our state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio.
To help you smash that deadline our co-working spaces have hot desks and plenty of power points. Most importantly to help you relax there’s communal lounge areas, kitchen bar, landscaped terrace with grills and rooftop cabanas for you to watch the city below.

The Fay is an all electric building.
Our doors will be opening for residents to move in from Fall 2024. You are welcome to come and view our spaces from September.
Only if you want to! As a tenant we understand you want your own private space, that's why all our apartments are private, with your own bathroom and kitchen. Our communal areas are shared with all Fay residents. These include the fitness centre, yoga studio, workspaces, lounge area, rooftop sky pool and chef style kitchen. Our apartments can be shared by more than one person, just add their information during the application process or let us know and we can add their details to the lease agreement.
Our leases are as flexible as they are inclusive, meaning you can stay for as long as you like. If you are looking for a bespoke lease please reach out to our team at leasing@the-fay.com to chat about availability.
Our doors will be opening December 2024. Once you have decided which apartment layout works for you, select your preferred move in date you’ll see all the apartments that are available.
Our leasing team are on hand and happy to help you select your ideal new home. Once you've picked your apartment, you'll be directed to the online portal. You’ll be prompted to pay the non-refundable application fee of $42.00 (per person, per application) and we’ll collect $500 (per apartment) to hold your apartment for you - this amount will be placed towards your total security deposit. Once credit and background checks are completed, we will happily draft up your lease contract to sign.
References and credit check's can take approximately a week to complete. After all details have been verified, you'll be ready to move in to the property.
We're not like your usual landlord or real estate agents. We aim to make the booking process smooth, and clearly communicate with you throughout.
