Our one bedroom apartments are available partially furnished or unfurnished - whatever works best for you. Our leases are as flexible as they are inclusive, meaning you can stay for as long as you like. Our apartments all come with:

Easy booking, easy moving
Once you’ve chosen the apartment style that works for you, you’ve already done the hardest part. To book, we ask for a holding fee of $42 per person and $500 towards your security deposit to reserve your apartment while we process your paperwork. Once you’re ready to move in, you’ll pay a security deposit which is refunded to you when you leave. On move-in day, our team is on hand to help with the details. Find more info in our FAQ's
